All of our products sold to the original owner are guaranteed for standard use. We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects bound by the manufacturer’s back-up warranty. This warranty guarantees that our products are free from defective materials and workmanship, which does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture. Special conditions may apply on products bought for general public or commercial use. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.
100% Product Guarantee:If you're not satisfied with our product, let us know and we'll make it right. Within 30 days, we'll gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery and restocking charges*) or credit you for our other items. All of our products may be returned in their original condition within 30 days. It is very important to keep the packaging materials for the safe return of your furniture. We'll refund your purchase price, less shipping costs, plus a nominal restocking fee. If you decide not to keep furniture that was ordered, you must let us know promptly. While we guarantee your teak furniture for life against material and manufacturing defects, it cannot be returned once it has begun to weather. After 30 days items may be exchanged for the same product or for merchandise credit.
